Privacy Label
Privacy policies as they currently exist are long and difficult for consumers to understand. I designed a "Privacy Label" to display policy information in a clear way. I ran five focus groups to evaluate the design, and tested the final design in a think-aloud usability study with 22 participants. The Privacy Label is featured on PrivacyFinder.com.
